View Trend Vision One usage and credits for the customer assigned the NFR license.

ImportantBecause the NFR license includes 8,000 complimentary credits per month, 8,000 credits
are subtracted from the credit usage of the customer assigned the NFR license. If
the total credit usage is less than 8,000, there is no charge. Unused complimentary
credits do not roll over to the next month.

The following information is available on the Trend Vision One NFR license tab:

Package: The name of the Trend Vision One solution package requiring credits

Billing unit: The unit used to calculate the number of credits used, such as user accounts or sensor deployments

Units: The number of units of the solution used in the selected month in your managed customers’ Trend Vision One environments

Credit requirement per year: The number of Trend Vision One credits required per unit for the given solution

Credit usage: The number of credits required for all solution usage in the selected month in your managed customers’ Trend Vision One environments

TipIf you select the current month as the billing period, the values for Units and Credit usage might update throughout the month.
The displayed values for Units and Credit usage depend on whether the given solution uses a snapshot- or volume-based calculation
