Cloud Activity provides an overview of the cloud apps accessed across your network.

You can use the Cloud Activity tab to understand the cloud apps that your users access and to manage how your organization authorizes the use of specific apps. Ensure that you connect to as many data sources as possible to receive the most accurate risk insights about your network's cloud app usage.

The following table outlines widgets available.
Widget
Description
Accessed Cloud App Risk Level
Displays a chart outlining the risk levels of the cloud apps accessed throughout your network by visit or app count
Accessed Cloud App Categories
Displays a pie chart outlining the proportion of cloud app categories accessed throughout your network by visit or app count
Connected Apps
Displays the third-party cloud apps (for example, Office 365) that act as data sources for the Operations Dashboard app
To increase the visibility and detection capabilities for your risk insight analysis, connect more data sources.

Sanctioned Apps
Displays the top sanctioned apps accessed by users across your network
Click an app name to access the Cloud app profile.
Operations Dashboard automatically sanctions cloud apps configured within your organization's Identity Access Management (IAM) systems (for example, Microsoft Entra ID).
To manually sanction apps, go to the Apps tab of the Asset profile screens screen.
Top 10 Cloud Apps with the Most Visits
Displays the top 10 most accessed cloud apps across your network
Top 10 Users with the Most Visits
Displays the top 10 users that visited the most cloud apps

Cloud App Visits by Location
Displays the geographic location and number of times your users or devices accessed cloud apps on a given day
