This plug-in allows Remote Manager to sync Worry-Free Business Security Services customer and detection data with Kaseya VSA.

The Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Plug-in for Kaseya VSA is not supported for customers using a Customer Licensing Portal account.

Procedure

  1. Open the Remote Manager console, and go to Administration → Configure third-party integration.
  2. Go to the Kaseya VSA section.
  3. Under Step 1. Download the VSAZ package, click Download.
  4. Save the file.
  5. Install the Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Plug-in for Kaseya VSA package.

    You must specify the Access token during the installation procedure.
    To locate the access token:
    1. Open the Remote Manager console, go to Administration → Configure third-party integration, and locate the Kaseya VSA section.
    2. Under Step 3, click View credentials.
    3. Copy and paste the access token to the Kaseya VSA web console.
  6. After installation, open the Kaseya VSA console and go to Trend Micro → Worry-Free Services.
    The Activation Successful wizard appears which allows you to import your existing Kaseya VSA customers to the Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Plug-in for Kaseya VSA.
