After scanning, use the Sync Agent to send logs to the Control Manager server, and move quarantined files to the Sync Agent endpoint.

  1. Open the Sync Agent.
  2. Plug the Scanning Tool in the Sync Agent endpoint.
  3. Go to the Plugged-in Scanning Tools tab.
  4. Select at least one Scanning Tool from the list.

    To select all Scanning Tool devices, click the checkbox in the Scanning Tool column.

  5. Click Transfer Logs to start transferring logs and quarantined files from the Scanning Tool device to the Sync Agent.
    Note:
    • The Sync Agent saves the logs in the Sync Agent endpoint first before uploading it to the Control Manager server.

      It may take some time for the logs to appear on the Control Manager server.

    • The Sync Agent also moves any quarantined files saved in the Scanning Tool to the Sync Agent endpoint. However, the Sync Agent does not transfer the files to the Control Manager server.

      To identify which scan logs have quarantined files, go to the Logs and Reports tab.
