Trend Cloud One gives you the option to use multi-factor authentication (MFA). MFA is a method of access control requiring more than a username and password. MFA is recommended as a best practice. When you enable MFA for a user profile, all users who access the account must enable and use MFA.

  1. In the upper-right corner of the Trend Cloud One console, select the account for which you want to enable MFA and then select My Profile.
  2. On the My Profile page, notice whether or not MFA is enabled for the profile..
  3. Select My Accounts from the menu on the left.
  4. Under My Account Properties, select Yes for MFA Required to enforce MFA when it is enabled for the user profile.
