A Notification Template consolidates the specified filter-based tags and then uses the policy notification settings to deliver notification. (see Defining How ScanMail Delivers Notifications). Do not insert characters such as << and >> in the Notification Template as these characters will result in a parsing error and the content contained within these characters will not display in the notification.
