When you configure the End-User Quarantine settings, Deep Discovery Email
Inspector provides the EUQ console that allows users to perform the following tasks:

Manage the spam quarantine of their personal accounts and shared mailboxes

Manage the spam quarantine of Active Directory distribution lists that they belong to

Add senders to the Approved Senders or Blocked Senders list
