All gateways synchronize users and groups every eight hours. Any gateway registered
through Cloud Edge Cloud Console automatically triggers a
UserID synchronization. If needed, trigger a synchronization by clicking Sync All Gateways.
Synchronized user information includes:

The user information in LDAP servers if the registered gateway has configured an LDAP server

The user information in Active Directory servers if the registered gateway has configured an Active Directory server

The hosted user and group information configured on Cloud Edge Cloud Console
