Purpose: Synchronize users and user groups from registered gateways to set policies and generate reports based on this synchronized information.

Location: Administration > USER AUTHENTICATION > UserID Sync

Click Sync All Gateways.

All gateways synchronize hosted users and groups from CECC. CECC synchronizes LDAP users and groups from selected gateways. RADIUS users and groups need to be added to CECC manually and will not be synchronized to Cloud Edge gateway again.
