Move selected TrendAI™ Apex One agents to Standard Endpoint Protection to experience the new TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Security.

Before you move any TrendAI™ Apex One endpoints to evaluate the new TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Security, ensure you have completed the following:
  1. If you are a new TrendAI Vision One™ user, activate your TrendAI Vision One™ console.
  2. Create a Standard Endpoint Protection instance in Product Instance. You can also create a new Endpoint Group Manager if you want to group your evaluation endpoints together.

    You can provision up to five Standard Endpoint Protection Manager instances.
  3. Deploy a Service Gateway and configure your firewall settings.
Once you are ready, use the following guides to connect your TrendAI™ Apex One as a Service or TrendAI™ Apex Central on-premises products to Product Instance and move your agents. TrendAI™ recommends moving agents using the TrendAI™ Apex One server console as it is the easiest method and allows for moving multiple agents at a time.

To move agents back to a TrendAI™ Apex One server, you must use the IPXfer tool.
Once you are satisfied with the evaluation, you can update your connected TrendAI™ Apex One products to Standard Endpoint Protection.
