Uninstall Threat Management Agent

If you encounter problems with Threat Management Agent, uninstall it and then deploy it immediately from the TMAgent Manager console.

When Threat Management Agent is uninstalled remotely from the TMAgent Manager console, TMAgent Manager client is also uninstalled.

• Note: When the agent is uninstalled directly on the endpoint's Add or Remove Programs screen (Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs) or through a logon script, TMAgent Manager client is not automatically uninstalled. Uninstall TMAgent Manager client also from the Add or Remove Programs screen.

To uninstall Threat Management Agent from the TMAgent Manager console:

• Plug-in Manager > Manage Program > Uninstall TMAgent

1. Select the endpoints from which the agent will be uninstalled.

2. Click Uninstall TMAgent. A confirmation message displays.

3. Check the uninstallation status under the Status column. After the agent uninstalls, "N/A" displays under the TMAgent Version and Server Address columns.
