Administrators can manage device keys using the options on
the
Inventory screen in the
Web Console.
Administrators can use the export option to back up device keys or to restore devices.
The
export and import options allow administrators to copy keys to cloned devices. To
prevent the
reuse of keys, administrators can also destroy keys.

Only Administrators assigned to the Security Adminstrator role can export device keys.

For Amazon EC2 cloud environments, Amazon
recommends that replacing credential keys every 90 days. After replacing credential
keys, update
the credential information used by the
SecureCloud Agent and the
Key Management Server.

Important
SecureCloud cannot export the encryption
keys stored on a KMIP server. Use the KMIP key ID to access the encryption keys on
the KMIP
server. See the KMIP server documentation for complete details.
