Before you begin

Only Administrators assigned to the Security Administrator role can export device keys.

Procedure

SecureCloud saves the device keys to a ZIP file and encrypts the keys with the pass phrase provided. The ZIP file name is SecureCloudDeviceKeys<Date>.zip.

Procedure

  1. On the Inventory screen, click the name of the machine.
  2. Select the encrypted device(s).
  3. Click Export Keys.
  4. Supply a pass phrase when prompted.
