Licensing Management Platform Parent topic

If you already have an account created, then from your Service Providers console logon to the Trend Micro Licensing Management Platform (LMP) Console.
If you do not have an account, register one by completing the SecureCloud trial form provided by your customer Service Provider.

Once you have registered an account on the LMP Console via your Managed Service Provider, your SecureCloud Service Activation will be processed automatically based on your license type.
SecureCloud’s integration with LMP allows you to do the following:
  • Read SecureCloud Usage Reports—measure the number of hours used for SecureCloud
  • Customize the SecureCloud banner and logon page—you can customize the following settings:

    Description
    Logon page title
    This text appears on the title bar of the web browserwhen you are logged on to the platform.
    Logon page domain
    The fully qualified domain name of the platform’s host. The platform redirects users back to this domain when they log off.

    Logon page message
    This can be a welcome or marketing message.
    Company logo
    This is the default:

    Company name
    Your company name. This is also a variable for usewith email templates that you can send to your customers.
    After modifying the company name, check the EULA and privacy statement settings. They contain Trend Micro content by default.
    Company address
    Your company address. This is also a variable for usewith email templates that you can send to your customers.
    Support URL
    Users are directed here by support links on the platform.
    Support telephone
    The telephone number your customers will use to contact support.
    Support email
    The email address your customers will use to contactsupport. The Licensing Management Platform usesthis as the sender’s email address for all messages itsends.

    Service Name
    The service name visible on the platform.
    Product/Service Banner Customization
    Service Banner visible on the SecureCloud web console.
