  • Windows：從端點解除安裝 Security Agent，並從 Worry-Free Services Web 主控台移除 Security Agent
  • 其他平台：從端點解除安裝 Security Agent 後，請使用此命令從 Worry-Free Services Web 主控台移除 Security Agent
  • 離線的 Security Agent：如果使用其他方法（例如：重新格式化硬碟）從端點移除 Security Agent，則 Security Agent 最後會在 Security Agent 清單中顯示為離線。使用此命令，將 Security Agent 從 Worry-Free Services Web 主控台移除

步驟

  1. 在 Worry-Free Services 主控台上，移至「Security Agent」。
  2. 選取包含您想要從中移除 Security Agent 的端點的群組。
  3. 在 Security Agent 清單上，選取端點。
  4. 按一下「工作 → 解除安裝 Security Agent」。
  5. 按一下「解除安裝」。
    Security Agent 清單會重新整理，然後選取的端點會從清單中消失。
