使用 TrendAI™ Apex One 伺服器主控台輕鬆將代理程式移至 TrendAI Vision One™ Standard Endpoint Protection。

本主題提供將選定的代理從 TrendAI™ Apex One 移動到 TrendAI Vision One™ Standard Endpoint Protection 進行測試和評估的步驟。
請按照以下指示將您的 TrendAI™ Apex One as a Service 或 TrendAI™ Apex Central 本地產品連接到 TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Security，並將選定的端點從您的 TrendAI™ Apex One 伺服器移動到 Standard Endpoint Protection。

  • 您只能使用 Web 主控台移動在線的代理程式。若要移動在線和離線的代理程式，請使用 IPXfer 工具。
  • 將代理程式移至 Standard Endpoint Protection 後，您無法使用 TrendAI Vision One™ 主控台將其移回 TrendAI™ Apex One as a Service 或 TrendAI™ Apex Central。如果您需要從 TrendAI Vision One™ 移動代理程式，必須使用 IPXfer 工具。
  • 代理程式繼承目標伺服器的設定。

步驟

  1. 若要複製您目前的端點政策，請將TrendAI™ Apex One Security Agent政策匯出至Standard Endpoint Protection。
    1. 在 TrendAI™ Apex Central Web 主控台上，前往 「策略」 → 「策略管理」。
    2. 從「產品」清單中選取產品設定的類型。
    3. 選擇一個或多個政策並點選Export Settings並保存檔案。
      • 如果您匯出單一政策，生成的檔案將具有副檔名 *.CMPOLICY。
      • 如果您匯出多個政策，生成的檔案是一個壓縮的 (.ZIP) 檔案，內含各個 .CMPOLICY 檔案。
    4. 在 TrendAI Vision One™ 主控台中，依次選擇 Endpoint Security → Standard Endpoint Protection。
      如果您有多個 Standard Endpoint Protection 實例，請選擇您要用於評估的實例。
    5. 在目標實例中，前往Policies → 策略管理
    6. 點選Import Settings並找到要匯入的政策檔案。
      • 您可以匯入包含多個政策檔案的 .ZIP 檔案，或匯入單個 .CMPOLICY 檔案。
      • 如果所選的政策已經存在，將出現確認提示，詢問您是否要覆蓋現有的政策。
        按一下「確定」繼續。
  2. 在 TrendAI Vision One™ 主控台中，依次選擇 Endpoint Security → Standard Endpoint Protection。
    如果您有多個 Standard Endpoint Protection 實例，請選擇您要用於評估的實例。
  3. 在目標實例中，前往Directories → Product Servers
  4. 複製您要使用的伺服器的 FQDN。
    僅包含 FQDN 的地址。不要包含埠或路徑。
    例如，如果目標伺服器是 https://exampl.manage.trendmicro.com:443/officescan，請複製 exampl.manage.trendmicro.com。
  5. 在 TrendAI™ Apex Central Web 主控台上，前往 「目錄」 → 「產品伺服器」。
  6. 定位您想要移動代理程式的 TrendAI™ Apex One 伺服器，然後點擊伺服器存取連結以單一登入伺服器主控台。
    TrendAI™ Apex One 伺服器主控台會在新的瀏覽器分頁或視窗中開啟。
  7. 在 TrendAI™ Apex One 伺服器主控台上，前往 「用戶端」 → 「代理程式管理」。
  8. 選擇您要移動的代理。
    您可以使用 SHIFT+點選 或 CTRL+點選 來選擇多個代理。
  9. 請點選「管理用戶端樹狀結構 → 移動用戶端」。
  10. 選取「將選取的用戶端移動到其他 Apex One 伺服器」。
  11. 請貼上Apex One Server name or IP address的目標伺服器 FQDN。
  12. 按一下「移動」。
    一旦選定的代理完成移動，代理將開始向 TrendAI Vision One™ Standard Endpoint Protection 實例報告。
