手動從 Windows 端點移除 Server & Workload Protection 功能或 Deep Security agent。

本指南中的步驟僅移除 Server & Workload Protection 功能或已部署的 Deep Security 代理程式。如果您嘗試從 Windows 端點移除 Trend Vision One 端點安全代理，請使用卸載工具以確保乾淨且完整的移除。
您可以使用以下步驟手動移除伺服器與工作負載保護功能或從您的Windows端點中移除已連接的Deep Security agent。

如果您手動移除 伺服器與工作負載保護 或卸載 Deep Security agent，該 agent 在卸載時不會通知您的 Protection Managers。受影響的端點會在 「Computers」 頁面上顯示狀態為「已管理（離線）」或類似狀態。要解決此問題：
  • 在您卸載 伺服器與工作負載保護 之前停用代理，否則
  • 在您解除安裝 伺服器與工作負載保護 後，從列表中刪除電腦防護。

步驟

  1. 在您解除安裝之前，請關閉代理自我保護。
    1. 在 Trend Vision One 控制台中，進入您的 伺服器與工作負載保護 管理器。
    2. 前往「Computers」，然後雙擊您想要卸載的端點伺服器與工作負載保護。
    3. 在「Computer editor」中，前往「設定」 → 「一般」。
    4. 配置「Agent Self Protection」。
      若要允許代理關閉「Agent Self Protection」，請配置以下其中一項：
      • 將「Prevent local end-users from uninstalling, stopping, or otherwise modifying the Agent」設為「否」。
      • 將「Local override requires password」設置為「是」並提供密碼。
    5. 按一下「儲存」。
  2. 在伺服器與工作負載保護中停用代理。
    1. 移至「Computers」。
    2. 右鍵按一下目標端點，然後選擇「處理行動」 → 「Deactivate」。
      如果伺服器與工作負載保護無法與代理通訊，導致您無法停用代理，請在端點上開啟PowerShell並執行以下命令：
      C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Deep Security Agent>dsa_control --selfprotect 0
  3. 要使用 Windows 介面進行解除安裝，請從控制台解除安裝。
    1. 在目標端點上，開啟「控制台」。
    2. 選擇「Uninstall a program」。
    3. 找到「Trend Micro Deep Security Agent」，然後按一下「解除安裝」。
    4. 如果您安裝了通知程式，請從「控制台」，前往「Add/Remove Programs」。
    5. 找到「Trend Micro Deep Security Notifier」，然後按一下「移除」。
  4. 若要使用命令進行卸載，請從 PowerShell 卸載。
    1. 開啟「PowerShell」。
    2. 執行解除安裝命令。
      msiexec /x <包含副檔名的套件名稱>
      若要執行靜默卸載，請添加參數/quiet。
    3. 如果您安裝了通知程式，請執行以下命令以卸載通知程式：
