開始之前

若要配置輸出連接器，請確保您擁有 Microsoft 365 管理員帳戶。
某些組織使用 Microsoft 365 遠端托管其電子郵件架構，讓 Microsoft 管理其電子郵件伺服器的日常維護。雲端電子郵件閘道保護 與 Microsoft 365 整合，以提供額外的安全性和效益。
配置 Microsoft 365 連接器以允許電子郵件流量進出 雲端電子郵件閘道保護 MTA。

在 Exchange Online 中使用連接器配置郵件流

步驟

  1. 登入至您的 Microsoft 365 管理中心。
  2. 在左側導航中，前往Admin → Admin centers → Exchange
    Exchange admin center畫面出現。
  3. 在左側導航中，前往mail flow，然後在頂部導航中點選connectors。
  4. 請執行以下操作以將輸出連接器新增至 Microsoft 365：

    透過新增輸出連接器，您可以配置 Microsoft 365 將輸出郵件中繼至 雲端電子郵件閘道保護 以進行正在過濾並傳送至您 Microsoft 365 管理域之外的收件人。
    1. 點選加號 (+) 圖示。
      新的連接器配置畫面出現。
    2. 在「Connection from」欄位中，選取「Office 365」。
    3. 在「Connection to」欄位中，選取「Partner organization」。
    4. 按一下「下一步」。
    5. 在Name欄位中，輸入連接器的描述性名稱。
      例如，輸入 雲端電子郵件閘道保護 (輸出)。
    6. 選取Turn it on核取方塊。
    7. 按一下「下一步」。
    8. 選擇Only when I have a transport rule set up that redirects messages to this connector，然後點選下一步。
    9. 選取Route email through these smart hosts，點選加號 (+) 圖示，然後將以下主機新增至清單：
      <company_identifier>.relay.<domain_name>

      在上述資訊中，將 <company_identifier> 和 <domain_name> 替換為實際值。<domain_name> 的值會根據您所在的 位置資訊 而有所不同：

    10. 按一下「下一步」。
    11. 保持出現畫面的預設設定，然後點選下一步。
      New connector 確認畫面會顯示您已配置的所有設定。
    12. 按一下「下一步」。
    13. 在提供的欄位中新增一個電子郵件地址，然後點選Validate。
      驗證過程完成後，將顯示Validation Result畫面。
    14. 按一下「儲存」。
  5. 新增電子郵件流程規則以使用您建立的輸出連接器。
    1. 在左側導航中，前往mail flow，然後在頂部導航中點選rules。
    2. 點選加號 (+) 圖示，然後點選Create a new rule。
    3. 在Name欄位中，輸入規則名稱，例如，Trend Micro Email Security (輸出)。
    4. 在「Apply this rule if...」下，選擇「The recipient」、「is external/internal」和「Outside the organization」，然後點擊「儲存」。
    5. 在Do the following...下，選擇Redirect the message to，然後選擇the following connector，並選擇您為訊息重定向所建立的輸出連接器。
    6. 如有需要，請配置其餘欄位；否則，請保持其預設設定。
    7. 請點選「完成」。
