  • Kaseya VSA 需要 Kaseya VSA Agent Procedure 程式檔，才能將 Security Agent 部署至端點。
  • Worry-Free Services 嵌入程式僅支援安裝在 Windows 平台上的 Security Agent。如果您客戶的 Mac 端點上已安裝 Security Agent，則 Mac 端點仍會出現在「Unmanaged Endpoints」清單中，且無法使用 Worry-Free Services 嵌入程式接收任何命令。您必須使用 Worry-Free Business Security Services 主控台管理 Mac 端點。

步驟

  1. 開啟 Kaseya VSA Web 主控台，並移至「Trend Micro → Worry-Free Services → Unmanaged Endpoints」。
    隨即顯示以下畫面：

  2. 使用 Kaseya VSA 搜尋列過濾搜尋結果。
  3. 選取您想要部署 Worry-Free Business Security Agent 之電腦旁邊的核取方塊。
  4. 按一下「Deploy Agent」。
    會顯示「Deploy Security Agent」畫面。

    在 Remote Manager 下次與 Worry-Free Business Security Services 同步時，端點會收到此命令。預設同步時間是五分鐘。僅會在尚未安裝 Security Agent 的端點上進行安裝。
