本版的 Trend Micro Apex One 僅支援從 OfficeScan 版本 XG SP1 和更新版本進行移轉。在嘗試移轉設定前，請務必先將來源 OfficeScan 伺服器和所有移轉的 Security Agent 升級至 XG SP1 或更新版本。

步驟

  1. 找到「伺服器移轉工具」套件。
    • 在 Trend Micro Apex One Web 主控台中，移至「管理 → 設定 → 伺服器移轉」，然後點選「下載 Apex One 設定匯出工具」連結。
  2. 將 Apex One 設定匯出工具複製到來源 OfficeScan 伺服器電腦。

    您必須在來源 OfficeScan 伺服器版本使用 Apex One 設定匯出工具，以確保新目標伺服器所有資料的格式都正確。Trend Micro Apex One 與舊版的伺服器移轉工具不相容。
  3. 使用管理權限開啟命令提示字元，切換到工具所在位置，然後執行 ApexOneSettingsExportTool.exe。
    Apex One 設定匯出工具隨即執行。

    匯出套件的預設名稱是：
    • ApexOne_Agent_DLP_Policies.zip（用於將 DLP 策略設定匯入 Trend Micro Apex Central）
    • ApexOne_Agent_Policies.zip（用於將所有其他 Security Agent 策略設定匯入 Trend Micro Apex Central）
    • Server_Settings_Migration.zip（用於將所有 Security Agent 策略設定和 OfficeScan 伺服器設定匯入其他 Trend Micro Apex One 伺服器）
  4. 將匯出套件複製到目的 Trend Micro Apex One 或 Trend Micro Apex Central 伺服器可以存取的位置。
  5. 如果要將設定匯入目的 Trend Micro Apex One 伺服器：
    1. 在 Trend Micro Apex One Web 主控台中，移至「管理 → 設定 → 伺服器移轉」，然後點選「匯入設定...」按鈕。
    2. 找到 Server_Settings_Migration.zip 套件，然後點選「開啟」。
    3. 確認伺服器是否包含所有舊版的 OfficeScan 設定。
  6. 如果要將 Security Agent 策略設定匯入目的 Trend Micro Apex Central 主控台：
    1. 在 Trend Micro Apex Central Web 主控台中，移至「策略 > 策略管理」。 →
    2. 在「產品」下拉式功能表中，選取「Apex One Security Agent」。
    3. 點選「匯入設定」。
    4. 找到 ApexOne_Agent_Policies.zip 套件，然後點選「開啟」。
  7. 如果要將 Security Agent DLP 策略設定匯入目的 Trend Micro Apex Central 主控台：
    1. 在 Trend Micro Apex Central Web 主控台中，移至「策略 > 策略管理」。 →
    2. 在「產品」下拉式功能表中，選取「Apex One 資料外洩防護」。
    3. 點選「匯入設定」。
    4. 找到 ApexOne_Agent_DLP_Policies.zip 套件，然後點選「開啟」。
  8. 將舊版 Security Agent 移到新 Trend Micro Apex One 伺服器。
