ウイルスバスター Corp.クライアントをWebコンソールからアンインストールする際、またはアンインストールプログラムを実行した後に問題が発生した場合に限り、手動アンインストールを実行してください。
- 管理者権限のあるアカウントを使用して、クライアントエンドポイントにログオンします。
- タスクトレイの [ウイルスバスター Corp.クライアント] アイコンを右クリックして、[ウイルスバスター Corp.のアンロード] を選択します。パスワードの入力を要求されたら、アンロードパスワードを指定して [OK] をクリックします。 注:
Windows 8、Windows 8.1、Windows 10、Windows Server 2012、およびWindows Server 2016の場合は、デスクトップモードに切り替えてウイルスバスター Corp.クライアントをアンロードします。
ウイルスバスター Corp.クライアントがアンロードされるコンピュータで、パスワードを無効にします。
詳細については、クライアントの権限とその他の設定を参照してください。
- アンロードパスワードを指定しなかった場合は、Microsoft管理コンソールから以下のサービスを停止します。

OfficeScan NT Proxy Service (Windows Server 2008の場合)
OfficeScan NT RealTime Scan
OfficeScan Common Client Solution Framework
- [スタート] メニューからウイルスバスター Corp.クライアントのショートカットを削除します。
Windows 8、Windows 8.1、Windows 10、Windows Server 2012、およびWindows Server 2016の場合:
デスクトップモードに切り替えます。
マウスカーソルを画面の右下隅に移動して、表示されるメニューから [スタート] をクリックします。
[ホーム] 画面が表示されます。
[ウイルスバスター コーポレートエディション] を右クリックします。
[スタート画面からピン留めを外す] をクリックします。
その他のすべてのWindowsプラットフォーム:
[スタート] > [プログラム] の順にクリックし、[ウイルスバスター Corp.クライアント] を右クリックして [削除] をクリックします。
- レジストリエディタ (regedit.exe) を開きます。 警告:
次の手順ではレジストリキーの削除が必要です。レジストリキーを誤って変更すると、システムに重大な問題が生じる可能性があります。レジストリキーを変更する場合は必ずバックアップコピーを作成してください。詳細については、レジストリエディタのヘルプを参照してください。
