Worry-Free Business Security Services uses the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) for iOS mobile device management commands. This means that sometimes commands sent to iOS devices can take some time to be received or they may be unsuccessful.
If the private browsing feature in Safari (under Bookmarks > Private on iOS 7.1) is enabled, iOS devices may not successfully complete device enrollment.
