Procedure

  1. On the iOS device, go to Settings → Profiles.
  2. Tap the profile to remove.
  3. Tap Uninstall.
    Worry-Free Services removes the Security Profile from the iOS device.
  4. On the Worry-Free Services console, go to SECURITY AGENTS.
  5. Find and select the Security Agent you just uninstalled.
  6. Click Tasks → Uninstall Security Agent.
  7. Click Uninstall.
    The Security Agent List refreshes, and the selected endpoint disappears from the list.
