How can I verify that all ransomware-related settings are enabled?

Procedure

• Predictive Machine Learning
  1. Go to the Configure Policy screen by performing one of the following:
     • Classic Mode: Go to SECURITY AGENTS and select a group. Click → Configure Policy.
     • Advanced Mode: Go to POLICIES → Policy Management. Click Add or click an existing policy.
  2. Click Windows.
  3. Go to Predictive Machine Learning.
  4. Check that Predictive Machine Learning is enabled.
• Behavior Monitoring and Ransomware Protection
  1. Go to the Configure Policy screen by performing one of the following:
     • Classic Mode: Go to SECURITY AGENTS and select a group. Click → Configure Policy.
     • Advanced Mode: Go to POLICIES → Policy Management. Click Add or click an existing policy.
  2. Click Windows.
  3. Go to Behavior Monitoring.
  4. Check that Behavior Monitoring and all Ransomware Protection settings are enabled.
• Web Reputation
  1. Go to the Configure Policy screen by performing one of the following:
     • Classic Mode: Go to SECURITY AGENTS and select a group. Click → Configure Policy.
     • Advanced Mode: Go to POLICIES → Policy Management. Click Add or click an existing policy.
  2. Click Windows.
  3. Go to Web Reputation.
  4. Check that Web Reputation is enabled.
• Newly encountered program detection
  1. Go to POLICIES → Global Security Agent Settings.
  2. Click Security Settings.
  3. In the Behavior Monitoring section, check that Prompt users before executing newly encountered programs downloaded through HTTP or email applications (Server platforms excluded) is enabled.
• Unauthorized Change Prevention Service
  1. Go to the Configure Policy screen by performing one of the following:
     • Classic Mode: Go to SECURITY AGENTS and select a group. Click → Configure Policy.
     • Advanced Mode: Go to POLICIES → Policy Management. Click Add or click an existing policy.
  2. Go to Target and Service Settings.
  3. Check that the Unauthorized Change Prevention Service is enabled on the required platforms.
