You can view this information by clicking the Antivirus - Threats unresolved: %N% event in the Action Center. Worry-Free Business Security Services generates or updates this log information whenever a Real-Time, Manual, or Scheduled Scan occurs.
  • Click Start Aggressive Scan to fix unresolved security risks.
  • Click Dismiss from Action Center to redirect to the Dashboard screen and remove the notification event from the Action Center. Logs related to the events on this screen are still available through Log Query.
  • Click Export to save the log events in a CSV file.

Date/Time

Endpoint
The endpoint on which the event occurred
Click the name of the endpoint to redirect to the Security Agents screen. The Endpoint Details for the selected endpoint displays.
Virus/Malware
The name of the security risk that triggered the detection
Click the link to open the Trend Micro Threat Encyclopedia and find out more information about the detected threat.
Infected File
The name of the file corrupted by the security risk
Path
The location of the infected file
Scan Type
The type of scan used to detect the security risk
