Zero Trust Secure Access Private Access Connector version 2.39.0.1910

Added support for the South Africa (ZA) region, enabling customers to deploy and register connectors in the South Africa region for improved local coverage and reduced latency.

DNS caching logic has been refined so that DNS entries from traffic are now only cached when the traffic is associated with TrendAI Vision One™ applications. This reduces unnecessary cache consumption and improves overall connector efficiency for application traffic.

Fixed an issue where connector status updates could be sent or processed multiple times, which could result in redundant events and inconsistent state reporting in the management console.
