January 6, 2026—Product Instance no longer supports the TXOne StellarOne and TXOne EdgeOne connectors. Instead, you can leverage Third-Party Log Collection to ingest and retain log data from your organization's third-party data sources.
This change is part of the transition from XDR for OT (Device and Network) to TrendAI Vision One™ Agentic SIEM, which began on January 1, 2026. Going forward, TrendAI Vision One™ bills your Agentic SIEM usage, including third-party log data ingestion and retention, based on the new credits model. You must migrate your log collection from Product Instance to Third-Party Log Collection by March 31, 2026.
To get started, go to Service Management → Product Instance and take the following steps for each unsupported connector:
  1. Go to Agentic SIEM & XDR → Data Source and Log Management and create or select a third-party log repository.
  2. Add the TXOne OT collector to the repository.
  3. Configure your OT environment to forward log data to the newly added collector.
  4. Go back to Product Instance and remove the TXOne StellarOne or TXOne EdgeOne connector.
