Add and manage domains and IP addresses used for internet-facing asset discovery in Seed Management

January 26, 2026—Seed Management in now available for internet-facing assets in Attack Surface Discovery. The new Seed Management feature provides a centralized location to add, view, and manage the public-facing root domains, hosts, and IP addresses used to discover your organization's internet-facing assets. The benefits of Seed Management include:

• Greater visibility into the assets used as discovery seeds to map your organization's external attack surface
• Better control over tracked and assessed public-facing assets
• Enhanced ability to remove discovery seeds without affecting unrelated assets
• Simplified management of internet-facing asset discovery

Click Seed Management to add, view, and manage your organization's public-facing root domains, hosts, and IP addresses. Assets used as discovery seeds are identified by the seed icon () in Attack Surface Discovery → Internet-facing assets. Discovery of additional assets based on newly added seeds may take up to seven days. When you remove a seed asset, new assets related to the seed are no longer discovered.
