February 9, 2026—All newly detected cloud apps in Attack Surface Discovery are now set to Not configured by default. An app with a Not configured status is considered trusted in your environment. To change the status of the app to Trusted to allow the app in your environment or Untrusted to block the app in your environment, select the app or go to the app profile and manually change the status.
