October 20, 2026—Cloud Email Gateway Protection now supports directory synchronization through TrendAI Vision One™ IAM. Connect Active Directory (on-premises), Microsoft Entra ID, Google Cloud Identity, Okta, or OpenLDAP to synchronize groups, valid recipients, and email aliases. Existing Directory Synchronization Tool users can review migration eligibility and the report in the IAM Connection tab before switching to TrendAI Vision One™ IAM. After the switch, TrendAI Vision One™ IAM automatically cleans up the existing data and configuration synchronized by the Directory Synchronization Tool.
