Why does the old UPN still appear after I updated the UPN in my Identity Provider?

The backend automatically refreshes user tokens while the user's current token is valid and the user is active, meaning there is user traffic passing through the proxy. During this refresh, the token retains the UPN from the previous token. As a result, the old UPN continues to appear until the user fully reauthenticates.

To resolve this issue, the user must reauthenticate manually:

If Secure Access Module (SAM) is installed: Click Switch User to reauthenticate.
If SAM is not installed: Clear all browser cookies and cache, then reauthenticate.

After reauthentication, ZTSA-IA recognizes and displays the updated UPN.
