Resolve conflicts arising from duplicate products or services under the same service plan.

Procedure

  1. Licensing Management PlatformUsers & LicensesCustomers.
  2. Select the name of the managed customer with a license crossgrade.
  3. Click Manage License Crossgrades.
  4. In the Manage license crossgrades window, select the service plan with one or more duplicate products or services.
  5. Choose how to resolve the conflict.
  6. Click Save.
