See an overview of your customers' Trend Micro small and medium business solution usage.
The following information is available on the Small and medium business solutions tab:

Name: The name of the Trend Micro solution

Billing unit: The unit used to calculate the amount of usage, such as license seats

Provisioned units: The number of units provisioned for a given solution in the selected billing period

Used units: The actual number of units used by your managed customers during the selected billing period

NoteWhen you select a billing period, the number of used units displayed reflects the
highest value during that billing period.
For example, if you select March 2025 as the billing period, and your managed customers
used the greatest number of units during that period on March 31, the Units field for each solution displays the number of units used on that day.
