View license details for your managed customers and renew individual or multiple licenses before they expire.

Procedure

  1. Go to Customer Management → Remote Manager.
  2. Go to Remote Manager → Customers, select a customer, and open their Licenses tab to view an inventory of all product licenses and service plans, along with the expiration status of each.
  3. Click Modify unit allocation to update the number of units provisioned for a license.
  4. To renew a single license, select an expired license and click Renew license.
  5. To renew licenses for multiple customers at once, go back to Customers, select one or more customers with an expired or soon-to-expire license, click Renew license, and follow the steps to complete the renewal.
