Locate your Kaseya VSA client ID and client secret to link your console with TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers.

Procedure

  1. In your Kaseya console, go to Configuration → API Access.
  2. Provide your password when prompted.
  3. Go to Third-Party Tokens an click Create Token.
  4. Provide a unique Name for the token.
  5. Specify the Expiration Time.
  6. Click Next.
  7. On the Authorizations page, click Edit Permissions.
  8. Select Organization and click Create.
  9. Copy the Token ID and Token Secret to TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers.
    Important
    Important
    If you do not plan to connect Kaseya VSA and TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers immediately, save the Token ID and Token Secret to a safe location. Once you click Accept, you cannot retrieve the token again.
  10. Once you have finished copying the information, select the confirmation and click Accept.
