Submit and review reports of your managed customers' usage of different solutions.

Procedure

  1. Go to Licensing Management PlatformBillingUsage Reports.
  2. On the Small and medium business solutions, Trend Vision One services, and Trend Vision One NFR license tabs, review detailed usage information for your managed customers.
  3. If necessary, manage the chargeable units for any solution or capability.
    1. Adjust the number in the Chargeable units field.
    2. Click the speech bubble icon.
    3. In the Add comments window, type the reason for adjusting the number of chargeable units.
    4. Click Save.
  4. Click Save draft to save your changes to the report.
  5. When you are ready to submit the report for approval, click Submit.
  6. In the Confirm reports window, add any necessary comments and click Submit.
    The usage report is submitted. The status of the report changes from MSP preparing to Under review.

    The following steps apply only to Tier 1 partners.
  7. Select a usage report that is under review and click Approve or Reject.
  8. If you approve the report, add any necessary comments in the Confirm reports window and click Approve.
    The usage report is approved. The status of the report changes from Under review to Approved.
