Create and assign templates to manage the format, recipients, and associated alerts for notifications about your managed customers.
Procedure
- Go to .
- Click + Add template.
- Type a Name and Description to identify the template.
- Configure basic template settings under General settings.
- To add a custom prefix to the subject line of all email notifications using the template, enable the setting and type a custom prefix.
- Select the notification language.
- Specify notification recipients under Recipients.

Important
Recently created TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers accounts might not appear immediately.- Under Email, search for and select accounts, recipient groups, and email addresses.

Tip
To send notifications to groups of recipients, click recipient group list.In Recipient group list, click Add group to create a new group of recipients, or click the name of an existing group to make changes. - To choose certain recipients to receive email notifications about a particular alert type, enable Assign recipients for specific alerts, specify an alert, and choose individual recipients.
- Under Webhook, search for and select webhooks and recipient groups.

Tip
To manage webhooks or webhook groups, click webhook list or recipient group list.-
In Webhook list, click Connect to add a new webhook, or click the name of an existing webhook to make changes.

In Recipient group list, click Add group to create a new group of recipients, or click the name of an existing group to make changes.

- Under Email, search for and select accounts, recipient groups, and email addresses.
- Choose the alerts to send notifications for.
- Choose Attack Surface Discovery or Threat and Exposure Management to manage individual alert types.
- For each alert type, choose to Enable or Disable notifications for the alert.
- Configure any additional settings for each alert type, including watchlists and notification
frequency:

Newly discovered assets: Sends alerts when TrendAI Vision One™ discovers any watchlisted assets in your environment

New high-risk users/devices: Sends a notification after detecting new users or devices classified as high-risk within the past four hours

New risk event: Sends alerts when any watchlisted risk events at the High or Medium risk level occur

- Click Save.The new template appears in Notification Templates.
- You can edit an existing template by clicking the name, or use the
or
icons to duplicate or delete the template. - Assign your notification templates to managed customers.
- Go to .
- In the actions menu for any customer, click .
- In the confirmation window, select an existing template and click Assign.

Note
If the customer has any existing notification settings, assigning the selected template replaces the settings.
- You can assign a new template to a customer at any time.
- Click the customer's name in Customer Overview.
- Go to Templates.
- Click Assign template.
- In the confirmation window, select a new template and click Assign.
