Create and schedule email notification templates to notify your managed customers about license changes and registration-related events.
Procedure
- Go to .
- Click Add Email Template.
- Configure the settings for the email template.
- Select a template type from the list.
- Choose whether to enable the template once created, and whether to send the email to your managed customers if enabled.
- If you choose to send the email to managed customers, choose whether to send the email immediately or a specified number of days before the customer's license period begins.
- Specify one or more additional recipients for the email, such as user accounts within your organization.
- Type of the subject and content of the email message.

Tip
You can use the provided variables to automatically customize the email for each selected recipient.For example, by using the variable #Customer company name#, you can automatically insert the company name of each customer specified as a recipient. - Click Add.The new email template appears in Templates.
- View and resend your sent email messages.
- Go to .
- To resend a sent email, select the email and click Send.
- View and adjust the date of scheduled email messages.

- To send a scheduled email immediately, select the email and click Send Now.
- To adjust the date of a scheduled email, select the email and click Change Send Date.
