Learn how Trend Vision One handles paid usage and your data after your Trend Vision One™ Trials expire.

After your Trend Vision One™ Trial of a given solution expires, your continued usage depends on whether you enabled paid usage during the trial period.
To avoid any interruption in service after your Trend Vision One™ Trial expires, Trend Micro recommends enabling paid usage for after the trial ends. To do so, while the trial is active, click Manage usage in the app where you started the trial, then click Continue using solution after trial. If you enable this setting, when the trial expires, you retain access to the solution, and credit usage or pay-as-you-go begins automatically for the solution.

Essential Access users cannot enable automatic paid usage. For Essential Access users, after your trial expires, you must purchase credits or a pay-as-you-go contract to continue your usage of paid solutions.
If you disable paid usage for after the trial, you can no longer access the solution after trial expiration. Trend Vision One deletes all related settings, PII, and data from the trial period 30 days after the trial ends, except for information related to cyber threats or shared with other Trend Vision One solutions. Note that although your credit usage information from the trial period remains visible in Platform Usage and Credits for 12 months, your data is not retained.
