Update your pay-as-you-go billing from Trend Cloud One to Trend Vision One.

Procedure

  1. Purchase and activate your Trend Vision One pay-as-you-go contract.
    For information on purchasing the contract, see Purchase a pay-as-you-go contract from AWS Marketplace.

    If your organization does not yet have a Trend Vision One account, take the following steps to activate the contract and assign your Trend Cloud One user account as your Trend Vision One Primary User Account:
    1. When AWS Marketplace redirects you to the Trend Vision One License Activation Service, click Continue.
    2. Type the contact name, email address, and password for the Trend Cloud One account that you want to assign as your organization's Trend Vision One Primary User Account, and click Verify Email.
    3. In the Specify the Primary User Account for your business window, type again the email address and password for the Trend Cloud One account that you want to become your Primary User Account, and click Next.
    4. Specify the name and region of your organization, and click Complete Registration.
    Once your Trend Vision One contract activates, you can use the specified Primary User Account to sign in to the Trend Vision One console and access all your Trend Micro SaaS solutions.

    Tip
    To confirm that you have successfully linked your AWS Marketplace contract to your Trend Vision One account, go to Administration → Platform Usage and Credits → Usage management and click Manage billing model in the Usage details section. Confirm that your AWS account ID appears in the Manage billing model window.
  2. Switch the billing model for the applicable solutions from credits to pay-as-you-go.

    To ensure accurate charging after updating your Trend Cloud One - Endpoint & Workload Security instance to Trend Vision One, make sure to switch the billing model to credits or Trend Vision One pay-as-you-go. Otherwise, the instance continues billing to your existing Trend Cloud One AWS Marketplace contract.

  3. Once you have confirmed that all your Trend Cloud One solutions have updated and are functioning correctly in Trend Vision One, cancel your Trend Cloud One billing contract.
    1. Sign in to AWS Marketplace.
    2. Click Your Software.
    3. Find Trend Cloud One and click Cancel Subscription, then confirm the action.
      Your Trend Cloud One subscription is no longer active. The cancellation might take up to two hours to complete.
