If your credit usage exceeds the credits available in your balance, your usage of Trend Vision One solutions continues uninterrupted, but you will see a negative balance in Administration → Platform Usage and Credits → Credits overview. Your Trend Micro representative will reach out to you to renew your Trend Vision One Credits license, or purchase credits from AWS Marketplace or Microsoft Marketplace.
