After purchasing a TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license, you receive a confirmation email with an attached PDF of your license certificate, which contains an activation URL.
Take the following steps to activate your license:
  1. Click the activation URL in the PDF to access the TrendAI Vision One™ License Activation Service.
  2. Sign in with your Primary User Account, or create an account if you do not have one.

    Creating a Primary User Account also creates a Business ID for your organization in TrendAI Vision One™.

  3. Review your license purchase details.
  4. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  5. Once redirected, sign in to the TrendAI Vision One™ console to begin using your credits.
After activation, the credits purchased with your TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license go into your credit balance. You can view your current balance, along with the latest estimate of your credit drawdown for the current month, in TrendAI™ Flex Licensing → Platform Usage and Credits.
