Assign owners to your Workbench alerts so that your security team can track changes and receive notifications.

  • You can only assign alerts to owners with a valid Trend Vision One account.
  • You can assign multiple owners to one alert, and you can assign owners to multiple alerts at one time.
  • You can also assign owners to Workbench insights. For more information, see Assigning owners to Workbench insights.

Procedure

  1. Go to XDR Threat Investigation → Workbench → All Alerts.
  2. Select one or more alerts.
  3. Click Assign Owners.
  4. Specify one or more Trend Vision One accounts as Owners.
  5. Click Apply.

    Adding new assignees overrides the current alert owners.

    To remove all owners from an alert with assigned owners, leave the Owner field empty and click Apply.
