You cannot cancel a TrendAI™ Flex subscription on AWS Marketplace immediately. Because TrendAI™ Flex is subscription-based, once you activate a TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license through AWS Marketplace, you can only turn off auto-renewal and let the subscription run until the end of the current contract term.

If you need to terminate your AWS Marketplace subscription before the contract term ends, contact AWS Marketplace for support.

If you purchased your TrendAI™ Flex subscription through another channel, such as a direct order, contact TrendAI™ support to cancel your subscription.
