This widget shows the number of Security Agents that are offline or have incomplete
scans.
This widget shows the following information:

Security Agent offline: The number of Security Agents that did not report to the server for more than the specified number of days

Scan not completed: The number of Security Agents that did not complete a Scheduled Scan or a Manual Scan (Normal or Aggressive) for more than the specified number of days
Note
The displayed value includes all Security Agents that did not complete any on-demand scan. If you have not configured Scheduled Scan to run, the end user did not trigger a Manual Scan (Normal or Aggressive) on the Security Agent console during the period specified, and the end user interrupted all attempted on-demand scans, those Security Agents are included in the count.If you do not enable the notification, the widget counts any Security Agent that does not complete a scan within the last 14 days.
