Procedure

  1. Go to to the Endpoints screen.
  2. (Optional) Search endpoints by client, locaton, or machine name.
  3. (Optional) Filter clients using the drop-down list.
  4. (Optional) Filter Security Agents using the drop-down list.
    • All Security Agents
    • Online
    • Offline
    • Outdated agents
    • Unloaded agents
  5. Select the check boxes next to the endpoints on which you want to manage scanning.
  6. Click Scan and select the scan option:
    • Start Normal Scan: Starts a normal manual scan
    • Start Aggressive Scan: Starts an advanced scan to analyze and clean threats that Normal Scan cannot remove
    • Stop Scan: Stops any scan that the Security Agent is performing
  7. Confirm the command in the dialog that appears.
