Renew licenses for customers you manage.

This feature is only applicable if you are using an account that has been integrated with the Trend Micro Licensing Management Platform.

Procedure

  1. There are several ways to see the Renew Licenses window:
    • From the Remote Manager web console:
      1. Click Customers.
      2. Select the customer that has the expired or soon-to-be expired license.
      3. Click the Licenses tab.
      4. Click Renew License.
    • From the License Management widget:
      1. Click the Expired or Expiring soon count.
      2. Select the customer that has the expired or soon-to-be expired license.
      3. Click the Licenses tab.
      4. Click Renew License.
    • From the email notification message, click the Renew link.
  2. Specify the change to the license terms.
  3. Click Submit.
