Each reseller can specify how many units they can allocate per customer. If they exceed the allocated number of units, resellers can add more units per customer.

This feature is only applicable if you are using an account that has been integrated with the Trend Micro Licensing Management Platform.

Procedure

  1. Go to Customers → {customer name} → Licenses.

    Tip
    You can also view the short list of customers that need additional seats by clicking the number of customers who requested more units from the Notifications widget.
  2. Select the product(s) that you want to modify.
  3. Click Modify Unit Allocation.
    The Modify Unit Allocation screen appears.
  4. Specify the number of new seats that you want to add for each product under the New Units column.
  5. Click Submit.
