The Unmanaged Endpoints screen allows you to view the ConnectWise Automate list of all Windows endpoints that do not currently have a Security Agent installed.

  • The Worry-Free Services Plug-in only supports Security Agents installed on Windows platforms. If your customers have Mac endpoints with the Security Agent installed, the Mac endpoints still appear in the Unmanaged Endpoints list and are unable to receive any commands using the Worry-Free Services Plug-in. You must managed Mac endpoints using the Worry-Free Business Security Services console.

Tip
You can export a list of unmanaged endpoints in CSV format for further evaluation.

Procedure

  1. Go to to the Unmanaged Endpoints screen.
  2. Filter the search results using the search bar.
  3. Select the check boxes next to the machines on which you want to deploy the Worry-Free Business Security Agent.
  4. Click Deploy Agent.
  5. Click Deploy.
