This widget shows the most recent number of customers with the highest number of events
that
need an immediate action or response.
Data displays in a table and pie chart. Switch between the views by clicking the display
icons
().

If the number of customers with a given status is one or more, you can click the number to view the events in the product tree.

You can click an individual customer name to view all events for the customer or expand the customer name to view the number of events by category.

Events listed under Action Required are urgent and require response as soon as possible.

Events listed under Warning are less urgent, but still require response.
